1. What's the LED lamp brand used in your products?
We use CREE COB LED for most of our downlights. And we use Epistar or CREE high power LED for our decorative lightings. When it's SMD middle or small power LED, we use Epistar brand LED.
2. What's your minimum order quantity?
Normally we require that order quantity for LED lighting must be above 100pcs/model, order quantity for traditional lighting must be 500pcs/model or more.
For some products with stock, we can support you with lower order quantity as a try.
3. What's your regular production lead time?
We usually need 25work days to finish a formal order.
It takes 7-10work days to finish a sample order(not including customized version).
4. How to assure the safe transaction since we are not a big factory?
The best way is to verify our product quality by sampling before formal order.
And make use of the trade assurance service provided by Alibaba platform.
5. Do you have advantage in small qty order delivery cost?

7. What's your warranty period?
Our warranty time is 24months after good received.
If more than 1% goods broken in 24months, we will provide replacement to you at our cost.
If more than 3% goods broken in 24months, we will provide 3 times replacement to you at our cost.
